If you are not old enough to legally agree to this document, please have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

Account Validity
Your SEJ Online account will be valid for the length of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be deleted at the end of the final billing period. You are able to download any online question banks you have and/or transfer ownership of the online question banks to someone else before this time. Your local question banks (that you can use offline) are not affected.
Acceptable Content
Users may not upload content they do not have the rights to use, including copyrighted, trademarked, or patented material. Users may not upload malicious software, viruses, or any content designed to interfere with the correct functioning of software or hardware. Users may not upload content that is illegal in their country of residence or in the United Kingdom. If you share your question banks with others, you must also ensure that it does not contain content that might offend others, such as pornography, hate speech or libel.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us at .
Sharing Question Banks
You may choose to share a question bank that you have uploaded or created on SEJ Online with selected SEJ Online users, allowing those individuals to access and use it.
By sharing a question bank, you grant the recipients a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the material for their personal study purposes.
You may stop sharing the question bank at any time or remove it from our servers entirely. If you do so, users will no longer receive any future updates to the question bank. However, we do not keep records of which users have downloaded question banks for offline use, so we cannot remove copies that have already been downloaded.
By sharing a question bank, you confirm that the content is either entirely your own work or that you have obtained permission from the relevant intellectual property rights holder to share it. If we believe that any uploaded material infringes intellectual property rights, we will remove it from SEJ Online.
Although we do not have the capacity to manually review every question bank uploaded to SEJ Online, we reserve the right to remove any content that we believe does not comply with these terms. Question banks made available on SEJ Online may be provided by third parties and are not reviewed by us. As such, we cannot provide any warranty or support for their content.
Violation of these terms
If you fail to comply with these terms of service, we may suspend or remove your account at our sole discretion. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and a refund will not be issued. We will provide your information to third parties when required to do so by law.
Changes
If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you via a message on our website, a message when you sign in, or via an email.
In the event of a company acquisition, restructuring, or bankruptcy, these rights and obligations may be transferred to the resulting or successor legal entity.
